Beautiful Blue and White!

Every now and then, I hear myself say “if it was my wedding or party, this is what I would want to do”. I talk about how I would design the event and dream of how it would look in real life.

And then a few weeks ago it occurred to me that I am surrounded by the pieces I could and would use to make an event look any way I want it to. So I begged, bartered (ie. poured lots of wine) and convinced @abbadesigngso and @sarawhitebox to come play dress up in the studio with me on a Friday afternoon. Being diplomatic as I am, I demanded we do it my way. And MY way is #blueandwhite .

I have dragged the collection around for 20 years. Adding pieces every chance I get. Some pieces are pricey, some cheap. Some vintage, others new. Many pieces were gifts from friends but most were gifts from me to me. I believe Blue and White is best in mismatched masses and pairs perfectly with #rattan and #bamboo(and leopard but I’ll ease you in to my leopard obsession and strong belief it is a neutral).

So at my imaginary #dinnerparty, this would be your seat. Do you love as much as I do? What would you do at your dream party? See, here is the part where if you tell me I might do it (Friends quote for those of you paying attention). AND if you are a photog or florist who would like to help me play dress up once a month, let me know! We are accepting volunteers (I’m looking directly at you @greenbeefloraldesigns and @flora.andraya).
